The Invisible Adamantium Mesh from JIAN MESH is a high-strength security screen made from hot-dip galvanized alloy with a 14 × 14 mesh and 0.35 mm wire diameter. The mesh weight is about 1.1 kg/m², with tensile strength of 800–880 MPa and elongation ≥10%, providing strong impact resistance and stable, flat mesh surfaces.
Compared with 304 stainless steel mesh, Adamantium Mesh can achieve similar security performance with much thinner material, reducing weight, deformation and transport damage. A dual composite resin coating is applied by electrophoretic and electrostatic powder spraying, with approx. 40 μm film thickness. Neutral salt spray performance is comparable to 304 stainless steel, with oxidation only after around 1300 hours.
It is ideal for high-end security doors and windows, balcony enclosures and architectural screening where clear visibility, durability and cost-effective performance are required.
