New Security Mesh Plus from JI'AN MESH is an upgraded stainless steel security mesh using national standard 304/316 stainless steel and an advanced PPG electrophoretic epoxy coating. The mesh is produced by wire drawing and plain weaving, available in 15 mesh (0.41 mm) and 13 mesh (0.56 mm) to balance security strength, ventilation and visibility.
Unlike conventional electrostatic powder-coated security mesh, the water-based e-coating fully encapsulates every wire and intersection, leaving no exposed metal. This greatly improves corrosion and rust resistance, especially in coastal and high-humidity environments, while keeping a smooth surface that is less prone to dust build-up and easier to clean. With tensile strength up to 1350–1550 MPa and a Chinese invention patent, New Security Mesh Plus is ideal for mid-to-high-end security doors, windows and architectural security screens.
