Aerometal Mesh from JIAN MESH is an aviation-grade aluminum alloy security mesh designed for coastal windows, doors and architectural screening. Produced by wire drawing and plain weaving, it is available in 12 and 11 mesh with wire diameters from 0.55–0.80 mm, offering a strong yet lightweight alternative to stainless steel security mesh.

With tensile strength ≥210 MPa and elongation of 13%, Aerometal Mesh supports screw fixing while maintaining flatness and impact resistance. The aluminum alloy avoids electrochemical corrosion with aluminum profiles, making it ideal for coastal cities. A 50 μm composite resin coating, applied by electrostatic spraying on horizontal coating lines, provides excellent corrosion resistance; after years of outdoor use there are no rust or oxidation issues, only slight powder fading. Ventilation is approx. 42–54% with 50–60% light transmittance, balancing security, airflow and visibility.
