1500MPa Stainless Steel Security Mesh is an ultra-hard security screen made from cold-rolled 304 stainless steel using a precision wire drawing and plain weaving process. The mesh is 18 × 16, with 0.30 mm / 0.25 mm wire diameters and a fabric weight of 0.75 kg/m², offering a strong yet fine structure.
With tensile strength of 1350–1550 MPa, this stainless steel security mesh provides much higher strength and more uniform hardness than standard hot-rolled mesh, resulting in better flatness, fewer dents and reduced production loss. A composite resin coating applied by electrostatic spraying (approx. 30 μm) enhances corrosion resistance while maintaining 66% ventilation and open area and 76% light transmittance. It is ideal for high-end security doors and windows, invisible security screens and architectural protection in demanding environments.
